Max Loves... Waiheke Island

This Summer has seen the opportunity to spend a bit of time over on Waiheke Island, just 40 minutes by ferry from Auckland City, you really do feel like you are escaping the hustle and bustle and relaxing in a beachside town, just like one that you can find anywhere on the Coromandel. There are a number of picturesque beaches to choose from and although you might end up fighting for a space to lie your towel, it really is well worth it. And let's not forget about the vineyards, a weekend spent on the island will not allow you enough time to scratch the surface but you will be able get a taste that will surely have you coming back for more.
