A belated big THANK YOU to my girls in Max in the plaza Palmerston North for my wedding outfit on my big day. Another big thank you to Rach, you really know your style and just to express my gratatude for my top in which i wore today for a funeral, i got a lot of comments and it looked amazing and made me look a bit more dressy which is what i wanted. You guys really are the best!

I have been a huge Max fan for years, and living in Australia has not hampered my love of your clothes! Your website is so user friendly, and I particularly love the video feature - it makes buying online so much easier when you can see how the clothes move as well as how they look (which is stunning!). On a slow day, Maxshop.com is a great place to browse!

Hi Max, My gather front dress in navy floral arrived yesterday. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful dress. Looks even better on than in the picture. The lovely soft fabric with the slight stretchiness and the subtle gathering gives a perfect fit and is forgiving in all the right places.
I've bought a number of Maxshop pieces over the last few years and they are the pieces in my wardrobe that get the most flattering comments and that everyone asks "where did you get it?". Lovely looks, well made and reasonable prices - what more could a girl ask for?!

I myself work in retail, I often get lovely message's in regard's to my own personal service and have since decided it make's my day why not make someone elses :)
I want you to know how wonderful your sale's staff are in the Invercargill store. I have often been in this store and been very dissapointed with the service I recieve but today Wednesday 13 June 2012, I had a wonderful lady whom assisted me she is the reason I will return to this store! I wish I had got her name as she really deserves the reconition, you really went out of your way for me, you are just wonderful and it is clear to see you love your job! Although I had no luck today, I will be back. Thanks K

Ive been a loyal max customer for many years but have really been disapointed with their customer service of late. I want to be clear it is not the girls in the Napier store as they are amazing and always helpful. In November I achieved Gold status but because of issues with Max's computer system it didnt go through. I have then struggled to get it resolved and get my emails replied to. Very dissapointed max customer who may shop somewhere else from now on. Come on Max headoffice get it together !
