Hi just had a quick look at the new clothes on line. Out of all the clothes on offer, none appealed!! Not sure what has changed within max but I no longer see the classy affordable edgy clothes you used to design. I used to adore max clothes and purchased often. I wonder if any one else feels the same.

Have just discovered max essentials and they are so comfortable and hide a multitude of sins, well done Max!

Still hands-down my go-to store for clothes. I've been a big fan for many years and Max never lets me down. The sizing is always true (unlike everywhere else!) and the styles timeless and easy to wear. Speediest ever turnaround on online orders, too! Thanks, Max.

I've never been a Max shopper before, but was delighted by the recent experience of shopping at Max in Nelson. I was looking for an outfit to make a great impression at an interview, and Martine and Fiona could not have been more helpful. They offered plenty of helpful suggestions for garments which were both perfect for my figure and the occasion; were extremely patient while I tried on a multitude of garments; and in the end I left with the perfect outfit, and one which I know I will get a great deal of wear out of. Thanks for the experience, ladies - it may have been my first time shopping at Max, but it certainly won't be my last.

Hi there,
I have shopped at the Pakuranga Plaza for years but stopped using Max Pak last year as the staff were not friendly or particularly helpful. A friend told me there were new staff there so I thought I’d pop in and see if things had changed. Well, what can I say... this new team (Mary & Shelly) are simply amazing!!! You guys have turned the Max Pak store from a mediocre shop into a bright & happy shopping experience. Thank you both so much for taking an interest, giving sound fashion advice and going that extra mile. You guys rock!!!

My first Max purchase was a denim skirt I purchased through Trade Me. I still have it and it remains one of my favourite pieces for its flattering style. That purchase set off a "trend" for me and in the past three years or so I confess my wardrobe has become a repository for Max items (and believe me, it is an extensive wardrobe).

My cis-gendered (some may need to look that up) girlfriends are always envious of my [Max] style and I even have complete strangers approach me just to compliment my appearance. I am not physically attractive but Max has been a huge factor in growing my confidence and self-esteem with its flattering and varied styles which allow me to appear elegant and stylish without being flamboyant.

My favourite store is unquestionably Queensgate, Lower Hutt where I invariably receive a welcoming smile and fantastic service. I seldom shop anywhere else for my outerwear and layering.

I use your online shop assess styles and items that I feel confident will work for me. I remain a little distrustful of sizings so I prefer to check out what is new and what may work for me and then go in store to try before I buy. When I go into my Max shop, I am confident I will almost always find that special something that will not simply just fit, but which will give me that wonderful "feelgood" which comes with the knowledge I also gained a little bit of 'Wow' factor.

Thank you Max and thank you too, to the wonderful staff in your Queensgate store

Wow Max Nelson you mother has been a bit off lately but she was glowing today in her new Max clothes, which she told me she brought from your store last week. She was served by Sharon who she raved about and also mentioned Kerri if only both these ladies knew how much the service meant to her!

Hi Max, I absolutely love all your clothing and shop at the Sylvia Park store all the time. The staff there are fantastic and helpful :-)
I am moving over seas so hope that you start stocking your online store a bit better as you often run out of things. Also would be great to be able to do some online window shopping before going into store too :-)

I had not shopped at Max for many years - but was drawn in to take a look in late March 2013, since then have purchased several garments and am very pleased with them - mostly merino. Thanks for the larger sizes and great styles. Nice work!

Just wanted to let you know that I really love the website. Cheers! ;-)

I have been a huge Max fan for years, and living in Australia has not hampered my love of your clothes! Your website is so user friendly, and I particularly love the video feature - it makes buying online so much easier when you can see how the clothes move as well as how they look (which is stunning!). On a slow day, is a great place to browse!
