Max VIP Terms & Conditions
Max VIP
- Points can be earned through purchases instore and online
- We regret that we are unable to replace lost or stolen vouchers
- VIP vouchers cannot be used by another customer
- VIP vouchers are redeemable for goods online or at any Max store
- Only one VIP reward voucher can be redeemed in any given purchase
- Vouchers cannot be used as a deposit or payment method on any Max Laybys
- Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with some store offers or promotions
- Vouchers cannot be used to purchase max gift vouchers or gift cards
- Vouchers can only be redeemed on purchase of goods $50 or more. No change will be given on purchases less than this
- If a VIP account has no purchases loaded within any given year (Jul 1st – Jun 30th) Max reserves the right to remove customer from the VIP database. Customer’s VIP status can be renewed upon next purchase.
- VIP’s must identify themselves as a VIP when making a purchase. Points cannot be added to your account at a later date.
- Earned points will be deducted from your VIP Account for products returned
- Points return to zero annually June 30th
- Max reserves the right to alter the VIP rewards program as they see necessary
Max VIP Gold
- All standard VIP T’s & C’s apply except points will not return to zero annually June 30th
- VIP’s can reach VIP Gold status by accumulating 3000 or more points within a year (Jul 1st – Jun 30th). They will then maintain their VIP Gold status for the following year (Jul 1st – Jun 30th).
- If a VIP Gold member does not accumulate 3000 or more points within any year (Jul 1st – Jun 30th) their Gold status will not be carried over into the following year
- Only VIP Gold customers who have provided Max with their full DOB will qualify for a birthday bonus
- Max reserves the right to alter the VIP Gold rewards program as they see necessary
