Deliveries

The health of our team, community and those working through this time is of the utmost importance to us. Our dispatch team will be abiding by the required health and safety standards to ensure that all orders are sent to you in the safest way possible. Courier delivery will be contactless from DC right through to drop off.

We now offering free NZ delivery on all orders $49 and over for a limited time. Please expect delivery delays on orders due to a higher demand for couriers.

NZ Post is doing everything it can to get you your parcels as quickly as possible (24/7 processing, deliveries 7 days a week and additional sites, vehicles and shifts).

Thank you for your ongoing understanding and patience as we work together with NZ Post to get deliveries to you as soon as possible.

Returns

We’ve extended our returns policy to 30 days from Monday 18th May. There will be delays processing your refund due to the backlog with courier companies delivering to our distribution centre.

You are welcome to take your online purchase in-store for a refund or exchange. Excludes afterpay transactions.

Hygiene in stores

Whilst we’re looking forward to seeing you back in our stores, the health of our staff and our valued customers is of most importance to us. We’ve put measures in place for social distancing, contact tracing and strict hygiene measures to keep everyone safe whilst you’re shopping with us.

We ask that if you are feeling unwell and are showing cold and flu symptoms, please remain outside our stores to keep our team and others safe. Alternatively, you can shop online.

Stock availability

Due to delays in courier deliveries, we currently do not have everything that is displaying online in our stores and it’s going to take some time before we have our full range available for you to shop in store. So we don’t disappoint, please use our 'find in store' guide online to check availability, this can be found in the product detail section of every garment.
