It's easy! Simply browse through our range online, when you see something you like just select a size and colour then click “add to bag”. When you’re ready to pay click “proceed to check out” and follow the instructions.

Our new online Click and Collect service makes it easy to place favorite styles on hold at select Max stores. Ready to try it? Just follow these simple steps: Add items to your Shopping Bag then click Checkout. Select Click and Collect at the Checkout, and search for your nearest store You’ll receive an email confirming your item has been placed on hold and is ready in store waiting for you Once you’re at the store, try on your items if you’d like. Or, if you love them, simply purchase and go!
Email mail@maxshop.com and include your customer number and the style number, size and colour of the garments you would like to order. They will either phone you and help you place the order or place a phone order for you.
If it is 24 hours more than the delivery time listed in the deliveries section online, email mail@maxshop.com and give them your customer and order number.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect garment please contact our Max Customer Care Team by emailing mail@maxshop.com. Please include your details and the style number of the item and we will arrange free return delivery and an exchange or refund.
